Families: ParentVUE App Transition Required

Families: ParentVUE App Transition Required
Allison McGowan

Springfield Public Schools uses the software program Synergy to manage all student data — including grades, attendance, transcripts, schedules, and contact records. On August 2, Springfield Public Schools will upgrade to the latest version of the Synergy software to ensure the system is running on the most current version available.

ParentVUE, StudentVUE and Online Registration and Review will be unavailable August 2 while the update is being completed. Following the update, users may find these systems slower and less responsive than normal for a few days.

Important Action for Families:

Designed to work with the latest Synergy software upgrade, ParentVUE has introduced a more functional, easier to use app called ParentVUE (New).

After August 2, the current ParentVUE app will no longer work for SPS. All SPS users will be required to move to ParentVUE (New).

ParentVUE (New) with the solid purple logo can be downloaded at the links below, or follow the prompts on the current ParentVUE app to make the switch.

ParentVUE with the multicolored logo should then be uninstalled.

We are wrapping up summer school and other summer programs and will make the transition to the 2026-27 school year in mid-August. Until that time, your student may be displayed as being in their previous grade. If you have problems logging into ParentVUE (New), contact the District office at 541-747-3331.

We thank families and students for their patience while we complete this important software upgrade and improve your experience.
