It’s time to Register and Review! Online enrollment and the Annual Student Review for the 2026-27 school year is now open in ParentVUE.

Help us (and you!) best prepare for next school year by completing your Register and Review before the end of the school year. 

You may complete the Register and Review over the summer, but be aware: 

  • Registration help is limited over the summer when most secretaries and bilingual staff are out of the office. Administrative secretaries are in the office for a few days after the end of the school year (exact dates vary by school) and return mid-August.
  • Registration confirmation may be limited or delayed.

Register

Families new to Springfield Public Schools, who have never enrolled a student in the District

New families who have never enrolled a student in the Springfield School District will begin their registration by creating a new ParentVUE Account. 

Some items to prepare before you enroll:

  • Gather proof of address documents.
  • Get a copy of your student's immunization record.
  • Make a list of emergency contact numbers.
  • If the student has attended school in another district, have their past school’s address and phone number ready.

Review 

Returning families

The Annual Student Review is your opportunity to review and update your and your student's information including contact information, health information, custody information, emergency contacts and more. 

After the review period closes in the fall, you will need to contact your school secretary to make changes.

  • Log in to your ParentVUE account and check that you can see and access all of your currently enrolled students. If you cannot, contact your school's office for help.
  • If you have forgotten your login, contact your school's office for help.

Documents can be uploaded by taking a picture with your cell phone when you use the ParentVUE app.
