Online enrollment and the Annual Student Review for the 2025-26 school year is now open in ParentVUE.
Families are encouraged to complete their "Register and Review" before the end of the current school year if possible to help the school prepare and plan for next year.
If you have questions or need help with enrollment or the Annual Student Review, contact your school. Administrative secretaries are in the office for a few days after the end of the school year (exact dates vary by school) and return mid-August. *Online enrollment and the Annual Student Review are open through summer, but help and registration confirmation may be limited or delayed.
What is the Annual Student Review?
Families with currently enrolled students are asked to complete the Annual Student Review in ParentVUE to verify or update information, such as parent/legal guardian contact information and custodial or health information. ParentVUE may ask you to upload proof of address documents to verify your address.
- Log in to your ParentVUE account and check that you can see and access all of your currently enrolled students. If you cannot, contact your school's office for help.
- If you have forgotten your login, contact your school's office for help.
Families new to Springfield Public Schools enrolling students, who have never enrolled a student in the District:
New families who have never enrolled a student in the Springfield School District will begin their registration by creating a new ParentVUE Account.
Some items to prepare before you enroll:
- Gather proof of address documents.
- Get a copy of your student's immunization record.
- Make a list of emergency contact numbers.
- If the student has attended school in another district, gather their past school’s address and phone number.
