I have multiple children in the Springfield school district, how many devices can we check out? How many do we need?
The simple answer is: it depends. All high school students should have their own computers to work from. It varies for students from kindergarten to grade eight.
Although we would love to be able to provide a computer, or tablet to every child, we're currently limited in the number of devices we can provide. We ask that families with multiple students enrolled in SPS evaluate the master school schedules, particularly for conflicts during morning meeting, or advisory check ins. Most other learning can be adjusted to share a device. If you believe your students' still have a conflict please email askSPS@springfield.k12.or.us with your students' names, grades, schools and the conflict and our team will see what we can do to support your family.
