Not Feeling Well?
Please do not send your child to school if they have had a temperature or have been vomiting within the previous 24 hours.
Medications At School
If your child has medication that needs to be taken during school hours, an adult must always be the one to bring this medication to school. The parent will need to fill out a form giving permission and specific instructions for administering the medication. All medication must come to school in its original labeled container. This is required for both prescription and non-prescription medication.
If Your Child Becomes Sick Or Injured At School
When your child becomes ill or is injured at school we will call the parents to come and pick them up. It is very important that we have the name and telephone number of an emergency contact, someone who can pick up your child if you cannot be reached.
This person should:
-Be a friend, relative, or neighbor that lives reasonably close to Yolanda
-Be aware that you are giving their information for this purpose
