Agendas and Materials

Membership on the Springfield School Board requires attendance at a variety of meetings held every month as well as participation on district committees and community group assignments. Unless otherwise allowable under state statute, all School Board Meetings must be open to the public so that the public has the opportunity to see and hear all discussion, testimony and vote. 

Members of the public may provide comments regarding items on the Board Meeting agenda by printing and completing the Request to Address the Board form, and providing it to the School Board’s assistant prior to the beginning of the meeting. This form is also available on the table at the entrance to the Board Room.

Regular meetings of the School Board will be live streamed on the district's Vimeo channel. If a meeting recording is available, you can click on the respective link next to a specific date.
