Report a Concern
Members of the public with a concern about their school should begin by speaking with their child's teacher, the school secretary or the principal. Often, issues can be resolved through a simple discussion.
Please also refer to our School Safety page to report concerns about bullying or other school safety issues.
When normal communications channels fail, however, a formal complaint process may be initiated according to the steps outlined in Board Policy KL-AR (English Version, Spanish Version).
