The Springfield Schools Health Center is a Community Health Centers of Lane County clinic site aimed at supporting the health and wellness of our community through access to affordable, holistic healthcare.
Services provided by the health center include:
- Common ailments (ear infections, fever, sore throats, rashes, etc.)
- Immunizations
- Physicals (sports/work/camp)
- Medication management (prescriptions, asthma treatments, blood sugar maintenance, etc.)
- Mental health services
- Vision screenings
- Well-baby guidance and parenting support for teen parents

Clinic Information
The Springfield Schools Health Center is located on the campus of Springfield High School. The address is 1050 10th Street. The entrance is off 10th Street between G Street and Centennial Boulevard, across from the North end of Silke Field.
Appointments:
Springfield students needing routine check-ups, well child care or immunizations, ill children, children without a doctor and those needing comprehensive health care including sports physicals may access low-cost services at the Springfield Schools Health Center. All required vaccines are available for a minimum fee.

Walk-ins:
Springfield Public Schools students and family members with acute medical needs may be accommodated on a walk-in basis.
Minors:
Parents or guardians must accompany students under 15. Students 15 and older may consent for their own medical appointments and do not need to be accompanied by parents.
Fees:
Those with medical insurance will pay the necessary co-pay, and the insurance company will be billed for the remainder. We also bill Medicare, Medicaid and OHP.
For those without insurance, there is a nominal fee based on family size and verified income. The minimum office visit charge is $20, while sports physicals are $50.
Health Insurance Enrollment Assistance:
Oregon Health Plan assistance is available for families that are interested in applying for health insurance.
