  • Jog-a-thon
Our wonderful PTO is busy organizing the Jog-A-Thon!! Jog-A-Thon has always been such a fun event for the students. We are so excited to be able to bring it back this year.
    Here are some important dates:
5/11- Emails are being sent with your individual page through 99pledges. This link can be shared with family and friends via social media, email and text!
If you haven’t received your email, please email PTO directly OR you can visit the main site and search for your student.
5/12- Packets are going home in red folders. This is an alternative for anyone who doesn't want to participate digitally.
5/18- T-Shirts will go home to ALL students. Thank you Brooks Towing and Recovery for your generous donation!!
5/20- JOG-A-THON Day!! Please send your child to school ready to run. With unpredictable Oregon weather, please dress them in their Jog-A-Thon shirt and comfortable clothing along with a sweatshirt or jacket.
5/25- Please turn in your packets to your teachers with all donations included.
6/3- Prizes will start to be distributed!
Our school goal is $20,000! With this we would like to continue to support field trips, supplemental curriculum and a playground refresh.

  • Walk/Roll/BusGear Up for the Walk+Roll to School Challenge!

On May 4th from 8-8:30, our school is participating in the Walk+Roll to School Challenge. We’re asking every family to use active transportation like walking, biking, scooting, skating or shared transportation like the bus to improve our students’ health, learning and independence and to improve safety and traffic around our school and our impact on the environment! We have great incentives and prizes to encourage our students to participate as well as the participation of local first responders! When walking or rolling to school your child will be given a raffle ticket.

If driving is your only option, you could “Park and Stride” by parking a short walk away from school, preferably the dance hall and walking with your child the rest of the way. Students who ride the bus, or park and stride will still be able to enter the raffle for prizes. If you have any questions feel free to email Corie at corie.arellano@springfield.k12.or.us

  • Enrollment for 2022-2023

Posted by Kristin Woodford on 5/17/2022

    Yolanda Families,

It's that time of year again!  It's time to confirm your enrollment for next year and verify the information that we have on file for you and your students.  Verifying early helps us plan for next year and gives the office time to process the information before summer break.

This year, ParentVue is even easier than ever to use, and we are trying for a 95% online participation by June 1st!  Once you get information in for one student, it's super easy to add another and update them all at once.  You can even do it on your phone. No more paperwork, and no more repeating information for multiple students.

To access your ParentVue account just use the link below.  If you have already been in ParentVue but have forgotten your password, we can reset it.

If you haven't been in yet, we can give you an activation code that will get you started.  You'll then be asked to create a password.

What to look for in ParentVue:

2022-2023 Annual Review- This packet is for returning students.  Parents will be asked to review and update district records for your family. The packet also provides forms and documents for the upcoming school year.  Please take the time to review all the information carefully.  Be sure to update any custodial or health information that we need to know.  Check your phone numbers, work information and review emergency contacts.

2022-2023 New Enrollment- This packet is for new students to the Springfield district.  Please choose this enrollment if you have a mix of new and returning students.

Please know that, as always, you can call the office anytime for help at 541-744-6418.

    Many thanks,

    Kari Isham-Skleton
