at the Brattain House
1030 G Street, Springfield

The Clothing X-Change provides an opportunity for students in Springfield Public Schools and rural schools in East Lane County to receive good quality used clothing for school. This program is run by volunteers under the guidance of Springfield Public Schools staff and Springfield Council PTA.

Hours of Operation

Before the School Years Starts:
The Brattain House will start making appointments for families to come and get school supplies and clothing during the week of August 17.
When School Is in Session:
During the school year, the Clothing X-Change generally opens in late September and is open on Wednesdays from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.
Students are allowed approximately three outfits and parents are allowed one. Families can come shop once a month. We have ongoing special days where families can get something extra they need. We encourage parents to bring children to ensure a correct fit.

Donations Welcome
The Brattain House is always in need of good used or new clothing. Donations are accepted Monday through Thursday, between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
