Community Flyers
Springfield Public Schools uses the Peachjar electronic flyer distribution system. Peachjar’s platform streamlines school-to-home communication by distributing valuable school and community resources directly to families as digital flyers. By enabling our district to go paperless, Peachjar helps us save thousands of trees each year.Peachjar provides an innovative flyer management system that sends school-approved digital flyers directly to parents' and families' inboxes and posts them online. Parents can easily find and view flyers and take action immediately to sign up for activities and events.
Peachjar for Families
No sign-up is required on your part. Our schools will be using this system to send flyers regarding school activities, flyers from the parent organization and newsletters with important information from the school. You may also receive district-approved flyers from external organizations.
To ensure smooth delivery of this communication, we suggest that you add "SPS@peachjar.com" to your email contacts.
This system is used exclusively for distribution of school-approved flyers and communication. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose. Think of it as an electronic backpack for parents!

Peachjar for Community Organizations and Businesses
Our district cooperates with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational and enrichment nature for students by distributing materials electronically via Peachjar.
Peachjar charges a fee of $25 per school, per send for its service, which is typically less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school. Organizations that are promoting events that are free may request a free account by visiting Peachjar.com and clicking on "Sign Up" in the upper right hand corner. Free accounts may be subject to certain restrictions.
To submit your flyer for district approval, review our Flyer Approval Guidelines and follow the steps below. Paper flyers from outside organizations will not be distributed.
- Register your account as a Community Organization on Peachjar.com.
- Review Peachjar’s Guide for Community Organizations for information about discount pricing, flyer creation tips, and more.
- Go to ‘Post & Notify’ in your account to submit a flyer.
After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyerboard for your selected duration of time.
